FXstreet.com FXstreet.com (C�rdoba) - USD/JPY slumped to a fresh all time low in recent trade on widespread Dollar weakness. USD/JPY accelerated to the downside and broke below its previous low at 76.25 to set a fresh never seen low at 75.94.
However, USD/JPY quickly bounced back above 76.00 and at time of writing it is trading at the 76.15 area, recording a 0.54% loss on the day.
Now all eyes are on Japan to see whether its officials will act after the Dollar hit a fresh record low against the Yen. Japanese officials have been threatening with stepping in the FX market to curb Yen's strength.
